Most Successful Plays Sylvanas Build

In January post rework, I decided to try out this mix of talent picks, and got a lot of "WP", "wow", nice, and had a lot of fun. There isn't one way to play her now, but there is the need to establish when you want to go windrunner vs remorseless or lower armor dagger? She's a lot of fun, a challenge, and not redundant.  So many things you can do that help mesh with her history..Seems to do more dps with this by16 than my fav picks I've been trying to do in the first build I posted this month.  Really hard NOT to pick Overwhelming Affliction at 1 Festering wounds at 7,and Remorseless at 13! I really feel like those are supposed to do the best damage.  I need to see if this does as much dmg with Overwhelming Affliction vs Might of Banshee Queen at 1.

Ended up by AT MOST level 13 killing heroes left and right. Might have been by lvl 7, and this is not in mid lane where everyone likes to hang out all game they started coming bottom to me.  I will have to review the games to see which heroes this was vs but Kel'Thuzzad and Varian were involved on each of the 3 games and maps.  I traded with Ktz on bottom on towers of doom several times and maybe died once?  I love KTZ and he can get scary fast and we know how tanky Varian can be so, worth noting and posting.  Its also very fun to silence the deadly casters with Wailing Arrow at 10, I was able to control and land this better than MC.

This should go without saying but the level 4 talent pick is NOT withering barrage, its Merc Queen; Withering Barrage is a lvl 20 choice.

Might of the Banshee Queen
Hitting an enemy Hero with Withering Fire increases Sylvanas's Attack Speed and Spell Power by 5% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
Might of banshee is best typically, but I can say I've had luck with Overwhelming affliction here
Mercenary Queen
Friendly non-Elite Mercenaries near Sylvanas deal 60% more damage. Sylvanas Stuns and deals 30% additional damage to Mercenaries with 3 stacks of Banshee's Curse.
typically merc queen as its really helpful and important to be able to stun the mercs/camps after hitting them wtih aa/q 3x so that they aren't attacking you. Mix this with stutter stepping
Barbed Shot
Hitting the same enemy with 5 slots of Withering Fire causes the 5th shot to deal 350% bonus damage.
I tyipcally prefer to guarantee curse/d/trait and go festering wounds no matter what, but I would love to lay down a formula if you will where if x is present, go Barbed shot, if y exists/conditions are met, go with festering. However, you can't really go wrong with festering.
Wailing Arrow
Shoot an arrow that can be reactivated to deal 228 damage and Silence enemies in an area for 2.5 seconds. The arrow detonates automatically when it reaches maximum range.
I prefer guaranteed CC silence of 1 or multiple enemies, over a chance to make some epic move/gamble during a team fight, and its another chance for wombo combos/other timely ults to coordinate with
Haunting Wave can be cast a second time for free within 5 seconds after teleporting. Teleporting with Haunting Wave resets the cooldown of Withering Fire.
i'm still trying to figure out when REMORSELESS would be best, because I see potential of mixing that in something. I default to windrunner for extra escape and dps, but there's value to taking cold embrace to lower/chunk the armor down on a tankier enemy ;) Remorseless, worked very well for me here, on several of my first games iwth Sylvanas, but I think I took overwhelming aff at 1, not the SP one, which seems best to stick with right now, but again, would love Not Paradox or someones opinions on that as far as, when is which better? Good thoughts. I just saw (edit 7-2-19)an amazing Ryokai game NP posted (ty verymuch for sharing) where he went remorseless here, and so there's another reason to look into this deeper and stop listening to ppl who say "only dagger build is good" because I was able to prove that wrong playing her for the first time this past January ,post her reworks.
Evasive Fire
Hitting an enemy with Withering Fire grants 6% Movement Speed for 2 seconds, up to 30%. Basic Attacks refresh this duration.
I really want to take life drain here, but typically have taken evasive fire. Ryokai in the shared game, took life drain which shows us Sylvanas CAN TAKE LIFE DRAIN, and not just win, but LIVE, and outlive alextrasza dragon fire, genji stuff, she was at core, tanking core hits. Due to speed of rapid fire attks returning heals.
Deafening Blast
Enemies at the center of Wailing Arrow's explosion take 50% more damage and are Silenced for twice as long.
