AA-Blizzard Jaina

This is a meme build but rivals the usual SL build in damage if you don't forget to AA heroes in TFs.

Keeping targets chilled is the key factor here. While her DPS maybe low, overall damage is consistent vs slow, low mobility enemies.
Lingering Chill
Increases the duration of Chill from 4 seconds to 6 seconds.
Increased chill duration is helpful, as you can't keep a target chilled without ice lance at 7 as with other builds.
Arcane Intellect
Dealing damage to a Chilled target returns Mana to Jaina. Basic Attacks return 5 Mana and abilities return 25.
Jaina sees mana issues in TFs if you aren't careful. This is usually a must, if you don't go Fingers of Frost at 1.
Icefury Wand
Basic Attacks against Chilled Heroes deal 100% more damage and lower the cooldown of Blizzard by 2 seconds.
The main damage for this build. The cdr on Blizzard is an added bonus.
Ring of Frost
After a 1.5 second delay, create a Ring of Frost in an area that deals 310 damage and roots enemies for 3 seconds. The ring persists for 3 seconds afterward, Chilling any enemies who touch it.
Hold them in place and let them chill out under your spells. TBH, Water Elemental is also a good pick, cuz its attacks inflict chill.
Storm Front
Increases the cast range of Blizzard by 75%. Increases the radius of Blizzard by 30%.
Due to the buff to this Blizzard talent, and synergy with Level 7 talent.
The second wave of Blizzard deals 20% bonus damage. The third wave of Blizzard deals 60% bonus damage.?
Greater zoning, synergy with level 7. However, the other two are usually better for other builds, and also viable for this one too.
Deep Chill
Frostbite's Chill can now stack a second time, slowing targets up to 40%.
The slower they are, the more you can kite and AA them, They can't go on you, and they can't retreat.
