MMASniper's Li-Ming Build

Unlike other mages, Li-Ming is purely a line of sight mage who has the potential of blowing up anyone who lands in her sights.

Power Hungry
Regeneration Globes restore 100% more Mana and grant 10% Ability Power for 20 seconds.
Increasing damage is always a plus and gaining more mana from globes allows you to stay and fight in lanes.

Dominance
Takedowns restore 30% of your maximum Health.
Dominance is great sustain to keep you in team fights for the full duration and play a little aggressive. Triumvirate is a good second choice if you want to poke with huge damage.

Calamity
Teleport does 300 damage to enemies near your destination.
Because of the benefit from Dominance, you can use Calamity to increase the damage and stay in fights around your team. If there's a Valeera or Sonya, you don't want to get caught by yourself in the backline. Zei's Vengeance is a good second if you choose to stay back.

Wave of Force
Knock away all enemies from an area and deal 160 damage.
Wave of Force has a bit of a difficulty curve, but I feel it is more useful than Disintegrate as it provides damage and great CC protection or isolation. If you want constant damage, Disintegrate isn't a bad choice.

Illusionist
Increases Teleport range by 50%, and if you lose more than 20% of your Health at once, its cooldown is instantly refreshed. This cannot happen more than once every 4 seconds.
Illusionist allows you to use Calamity for damage and the almost immediately Zeratul blink out. If going for the Orb alternate build Glass Cannon is nice to enhance your damage and continue poking with huge damage spikes. Be wary piking Glass Cannon against a Pyroblast Kael'Thas.

Mirrorball
Magic Missiles fires an additional 2 missiles, but its Mana cost is increased by 5.
Mirrorball gives you more value from using Calamity and Illusionist to go in and hit an enemy with more missiles increasing your damage. Arcane Orbit if you're going for Orb build.

Repulsion
Increases Wave of Force knockback distance by 150% and increases its cast range by 100%.
Repulsion is dangerous. The knockback distance is enormous. You can use it also like a range throw from Garrosh. Push enemies away or into your team. Plus with her talent, you can spam Wave of Force and disable the enemies if you time it right. Tal Rasha's Elements is a learning curve but a second choice if going Orb build to maximize the damage output immensely.
