MMASniper's Jaina Build
Jaina is the CC Queen of Mages and possibly of most any hero. Her attacks slow constantly and consistently. If built right, her damage can compete with some of the top heroes in the game. Her biggest drawback is that her spells are mana costly. That is why we have Fingers of Frost at level 1. It may not seem like a lot but Fingers of Frost allows Jaina to stay in team fights a lot longer than without, plus it increases the damage of Frostbite. Blizzard is easily dodged, so I opt for the Frostbolt talents. The damage and slow helps set up for your ult, your teammates, and your Blizzard. Ring of Frost is the ultimate CC and damage booster for Jaina. Water Elemental is nice if there's too much harassment from the backrow or you need to push pressure on their healer. Icy Veins helps spam your spells and Numbing Blast roots for setups. Deep Chill is my default for the benefits, however, Ice Blink is nice if you need escapes and Cold Snap is good if the enemies like to clump.
Fingers of Frost
Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes increases Jaina's Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 2 per second. Reward: After gathering 20 Globes, the damage bonus from Frostbite is increased by 10%.
Frostbolt will now pierce the first target to hit an additional target behind them.
When Frostbolt hits a Chilled target its cooldown is reduced by 1.5 seconds and you regain 10 Mana.
Ring of Frost
After a 1.5 second delay, create a Ring of Frost in an area that deals 310 damage and roots enemies for 3 seconds. The ring persists for 3 seconds afterward, Chilling any enemies who touch it.
Activate to make your Basic Abilities' cooldowns recharge three times as fast and reduce their Mana cost by 50% for 5 seconds.
Cone of Cold also roots Chilled targets for 1 second.
Frostbite's Chill can now stack a second time, slowing targets up to 40%.
