AoE dive or burst Sylvannas.


Good build for easy AoE on the entire enemy team. This does not mean you should stop autoattacking tanks, this build comes to play every 11s, between them you must autoattack at least the enemy tank.

This build excels over the AA build against comps that you can't hit easily, such as uther maintank or other weirdness heroes. Also to burst down targets but may struggle on confirming kills.

lvl 4 per map:

Alterac pass: Possession, this map is all about wave's side.

Battlefield of eternity: merc queen for inmortal damage, but is not as significant as picking other heroes. possession to empower wave and merc pushes during inmortal phase, offers better snowball.

Braxis holdout: Merc queen.

Cursed hollow: possession(it helps to defend while cursed) or unstable. merc queen if your comp likes pushing (usually 5man stack).

Dragon shire: same as cursed hollow but bigger priority on merc queen. waveclear if you are soloing mid lane. posession if you put pressure on the solo lane.

Hanamura: merc queen to empower turrets. this map is all about push that's not obj, so huge possession value when people is not aware.

Inferal shrines: waveclear talent usually.

Sky temple: if you have a push comp merc queen. possession for duo or three heroes pushes (usually with the offlaner).

Tomb of the spider queen: Unstable poison.

Towers of doom: Ideally merc queen because it destroys forts with sappers, but if you feel behind and mercs get killed easily possession.

Volskaya: same as hanamura, if turrets will die easily just take one of the other two.

Unfurling Shadows
Quest: Each time an enemy Hero with 3 stacks of Banshee's Curse is hit by Shadow Dagger, its damage is permanently increased 0.5%.
this is the ability that will do the most damage in the game, try to have between 6-10 stacks per minute. Don't prioritize stacks over macro. If you feel like you can't or you are not as good to stack, you can totally take might of the banshee queen.
Activate to force an enemy Minion to fight for Sylvanas's team. Catapults require 3 charges. Stores up to 3 charges.

Festering Wounds
Increases Haunting Wave's damage by 15%. Haunting Wave applies 3 stacks of Banshee's Curse.
this talent will allow you to hit big Ws on multiple targets, dealing good AoE every 11s. if you the enemy has some long range engages (such as alarak) that can abuse you recklesly casting E, hold it and start with autos first, punish the tank and then the AoE behind it.
Wailing Arrow
Shoot an arrow that can be reactivated to deal 228 damage and Silence enemies in an area for 2.5 seconds. The arrow detonates automatically when it reaches maximum range.
Cold Embrace
Shadow Dagger reduces the Armor of the initial target by 25 and any enemy it spreads to by 10 for 2.5 seconds.
Here you have two choices:
Cold embrace for better AoE damage and higher single target burst, remember that the first kill wins 90% of the fights, so this is the best option.

Windrunner: if you predict issues on finishing kills to the enemy backline go for this.
Will of the Forsaken
Activate to become Unstoppable and gain 40% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.
Only take life drain when you Don't need self cleanse. you shouldn't be taking much damage if they are not directly engaging on you.
Bolt of the Storm
Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
the safer the better, you can risk yourself even more because the playstyle requires forcing your E for damage.
