A10 Warthog Cho'Gall

Unlike my other build, this time your goal is to poke until you can isolate a target and pick them off one by one. This build is more counterable but is VERY fun and strong with/against the right comps such as when they don't have blinds and your team has AA speed increases. If I'm being honest I only run this build about 20% of the time because it is so comp-dependent but it absolutely owns in those matchups.
1
Fuel for the Flame
Quest: Every Minion killed near Cho increases the amount healed by Consuming Blaze by 0.3%. Quest: Every Hero Takedown increases the amount healed by Consuming Blaze by 3%.
Fuel for the Flame is better if you think you'll get some early picks and plenty of rotations. Otherwise Consuming Fire is always nice consistency.

Gall picks Taskmaster due to fast Cho AA's coming up later on.
4
Seared Flesh
Each consecutive Basic Attack to an enemy Hero deals 20% more damage, to a maximum of 60% damage. This bonus lasts 5 seconds or until a different enemy is attacked.
The placement of bombs must target the most favorable chokepoint or clump of enemies. Cho will want to Q and R people into the purple AoE stuff as a primary style of engage.

Gall picks Runic Persistence mandatorily.
7
Firestarter
Basic Attacks against Ignited Heroes decreases the cooldown of Consuming Blaze by 1 second. Passive: Reduce the cooldown of Consuming Blaze by 3 seconds.
Fast AA's means this is a high value talent.

Gall picks Edge of Madness.
10
Hammer of Twilight
Activate to swing the Hammer of Twilight, dealing 150 damage, pushing enemies away, and stunning them for 0.75 seconds. Passive: Cho's Basic Attacks deal 25% increased damage.
Lesser-noticed fact here is the boost to AA damage which is necessary for this build.

Gall picks Shadow Bolt Volley.
13
Twilight Veil
Activate to increase the Armor bonus of Ogre Hide by 75 for 4 seconds. If cast while Ogre Rage is active, it instantly swaps to Ogre Hide.
Twilight Veil is mostly better here so that you can rove around auto attacking, however, there is always a case for Molten Block if you need to dodge Mal'Ganis Dark Conversion or something. Surging dash can be considered if you aren't getting enough sustain healing but are otherwise fine.
16
Frenzied Fists
Gain 75% Attack Speed for 5 seconds after using Surging Fist.
AA speed or you're doing it wrong. Although at this point if the AA build isn't working out in your match you might want to pick up Runic Feedback to help Gall do more damage instead.

Gall picks Deafening Blast.
20
C'thun's Gift
Your Basic Attack becomes ranged and slows targets by 20% for 2 seconds.
C'Thun's gift is insanely strong when you disrupt a lot of their team with R and then start picking on one person off to the side until they are dead. Then you just chase forever until you reach the core. Don't die though or you're pretty screwed.
