The Weight by The Band
With Stukov, it is all about clumping up. This is true whether talking about your own party, or the opposing team. This build is based around the ability to slow down the enemy team, keep them slowed, and heal up your 'mates.
Quest: Hit Heroes with Weighted Pustule. Reward: After hitting 15 Heroes, reduce the cooldown of Weighted Pustule by 2.5 seconds and its Mana cost by 25 Reward: After hitting 30 Heroes, reduce the cooldown of Weighted Pustule by an additional 2.5 seconds and remove its Mana cost.
Fetid Touch is a must have.
One Good Spread...
After a Healing Pathogen infests 3 targets, restore 10 Mana and reduce the cooldown of Healing Pathogen by 2 seconds.

The Long Pitch
Increase the range of Weighted Pustule by 50%. Detonating 2 or more Weighted Pustules causes Stukov's Bio-Kill Switch and Basic Ability cooldowns to recharge 100% faster for 3 seconds.
The Long Pitch you guessed it, must have.
Extend Stukov's arm. If it hits an enemy Hero, they are rapidly shoved until they collide with terrain, dealing 190 damage and Stunning them for 0.5 seconds. Stukov gains 50 Armor while shoving an enemy.
This is a personal choice really. My preference has always been Massive Shove. The ultra-short cooldown means you get to use it often to remove an enemy from a fight, or to use as an extra stun if need be.
Detonating Weighted Pustule with Bio-Kill Switch within 1.5 seconds of its expiration increases its damage by 150% and applies its damage and Slow in an area. Enemy Heroes hit have a Weighted Pustule applied to them.
A lot of people go with Virulent Reaction, but this hardly gets triggered when playing against real people. Poppin' Pustules is the better bet here.
Bio-Kill Switch no longer removes Healing Pathogen but instead sets its duration to 3 seconds.
Superstrain is a close second on this one, and at the end of the day this talent really depends on your teammates. If you have a team that is prone to getting stunned or can't manage to "move out of the fire," go Superstrain. My personal preference on this though is to go with Pox Populi. It really helps with healing at the end game.
Healing Pathogen's heal over time is increased by 30% while its target is above 60% Health.
