Frosty's Stukov Build

Reactive Ballistospores
When taking damage below 50% Health, instantly spread a Weighted Pustule to all nearby enemy Heroes and reset the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch.
Reactive Balistospore: This talent allows you to protect yourself from dive and be aggressive when necessary. It can even be a second life at times. This talent itself is a playmaker and synergises with most talents.
Biotic Armor
Healing Pathogen grants 10 Physical Armor to targets while active on them. Detonating Bio-Kill Switch increases this bonus by 75 for 2.5 seconds.
All talents on this tier are viable.

Vigorous Reuptake: You take this talent when you are up against massive burst.

One Good Spread: Take this when you are up against poke, poison, and if your team is a sustain fight comp.

Biotic armor: This talent is very good to take against hard hitting AA heroes. It is even good to take if the enemy only has one hard AA such as Greymane to mitigate as much damage as possible in team fights.

All in all use your judgement on what the enemy has and pick which one best suits your team.
Targeted Excision
Detonating exactly 1 Weighted Pustule (but any number of Healing Pathogens) with Bio-Kill Switch reduces the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch to 5 seconds and other Basic Attack abilities by 1.5 seconds.
Targeted Excision: This talent covers Stukovs main weakness which is sustain healing in team fights. The talent itself allows you to have your D every 5 seconds as long as you hit one target with W and then press D. The combo you will be looking at is pressing Q wait for it all to spread on your team, then W one enemy and press D. It will set your trait back to 5 seconds and you rinse and repeat to keep the healing up. It synergies with all your lvl 4 talents and your lvl 13 to keep rooting more often. Do not be afraid to press your D if you hit more than one enemy with your W to get a good root that will enable a good engagement, or if you don't hit anyone at all and need to save a teammate in need instantly. You can trade out the CD on D for those reasons if necessary.

Growing Infestation: This Talent allows you to follow up with your team better and is a good zoning tool. Really good to take when the enemy has heroes with abilities that you can easily disrupt with the silence.
Massive Shove
Extend Stukov's arm. If it hits an enemy Hero, they are rapidly shoved until they collide with terrain, dealing 190 damage and Stunning them for 0.5 seconds. Stukov gains 50 Armor while shoving an enemy.
Massive Shove: You take this most of the time, it allows you to punish out of position enemies allowing you to push them to structures or to walls for your team to finish off. As well to peel an enemy tank or dive hero from getting to your back line.

Flailing Swipe: Take this talent if your team needs a hard disengage such as against 4+ dive heroes or hard engage ultimates such as Cage or Earthquake.
Virulent Reaction
Detonating a Weighted Pustule on an enemy who is inside of Lurking Arm Roots them for 2 seconds.
Virulent Reaction: This talent is another huge playmaker in Stukovs kit. The combo for the root will be pressing Q to make sure you get healing to your team first, then W an enemy, then E under them and press trait to get them rooted. It is very important to note that you need to prioritize healing your team over rooting the enemy. Make sure you don't run ahead of your team out of position attempting to get a root. The best way is to wait for your tank to engage and stun for you to follow up with the root combo.
Pox Populi
Bio-Kill Switch no longer removes Healing Pathogen but instead sets its duration to 3 seconds.
Pox Populi: Take this talent to increase your sustain healing by a bit. very good with lvl 7 Targeted and lvl 20 Top Off to keep more healing up. Synergies very well with lvl 1 Reactive Balistospore which allows you to proc your trait twice if the enemy bursts you down fast enough
Superstrain: This talent is very good to take against a lot of stun heavy teams. It gives you a bit of burst healing when stunned or rooted. Note this talent does not have a CD as long as the Q is on someone it will proc every time you get stunned/rooted which makes it very effective.
Top Off
Healing Pathogen's heal over time is increased by 30% while its target is above 60% Health.
Top off: This talent allows you to have a bit more sustain healing in and out of fights.

Push comes to shove: This talent is good if the enemy has 1 or 2 dives to constantly shove them away or cancel ults such as ETC mosh

Controlled Chaos: Good to take if you need to disengage more constantly. (There is a trick where once you reach 20, you can use Flailing Swipe then choose the 20 upgrade and you will have your 3 charges of swipe instanlty. Basically refreshing your ult.)
