Dive build Anub

W Spell armor is only active as long as the shield is active, if the shield gets broken by physical damage the spell armor is wasted

beetles main purpose is blocking skillshots and tanking tower shots (unless you dmg heroes!)

E engages have very limited counterplay due to its travelspeed and the unstoppable, but it commits you into a spot where you get focused down easily

fishing for engages by stunning with Q first and only diving if it hits is the less risk less reward variation
Regeneration Master
Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your Health Regeneration by 1 per second, up to 30. Reward: After gathering 30 Regeneration Globes, you also gain 500 Health.
you pick regenmaster only for the intent of finishing it. the increased HPS doesnt matter for how you approach fights, its the max hp that you want and enables you to live through dives
Nerubian Armor on maps where you won't get enough globes
Increases Burrow Charge range by 20% and damage by 100%.
Underking for diving, setting up in enemy backline, longer distance also means more travel time, go ham onto anas, guldans, KTZs, the like, hopefully with a genji/illidan/greymane,.. at your side
Bed of Barbs for peeling, walling, setting up on your teams side, allows bigger Q into E engages, especially after 16, continuous procs for executioner on 13, enables beetles to AA the target, continuous ward/dismounting in bushes
Subterranean Shield
Burrow Charge also grants a 345 point shield for 5 seconds.
same reason as for regenmaster, you need to survive the dive engage
Wraps target enemy Hero in a cocoon, rendering them unable to act or be targeted for 8 seconds. Allies of the Hero can attack the cocoon to break it and free them early. Range: 6
making fights 4v5 and denying saving tools from the support/tank or taking out the main enemy carry is one of the most powerful tools in the game, alternatively used on a target that overstepped -> zone enemies and collapse 5v1
Locust Swarm adds a good chunk of burst damage on your dive targets and is a viable option when the oponent has good cocoons breaks, also makes you really tanky when diving into multiple heroes, or any additional targets like a minion wave or objective monsters
Acid Drenched Mandibles
Attacking a Hero that is slowed, rooted, or stunned increases Anub'arak's Basic Attack damage by 70% for 3 seconds.
Acid Drenched is the most dmg in situations that matter. your AA target is always the kill target of a dive, maximising burst on that target is the most important type of dmg
Urticating Spines is quite a bit of AoE dmg, especially when you consistently proc the lvl 7 CDR, but requires anub to be in range of multiple heroes for a prolonged time to get good value, and thats not something anub usually survives (Locust Swarm changes that drastically)
Burning Rage's main purpose is clearing Zagara creep when nobody else on the team can do it, mildy helps with waveclear (not something you want to be doing as anub, and definitly not later in the game) and adds some aoe dmg in fights, way less than the other options
Increases Burrow Charge impact area by 60% and lowers the cooldown by 1.25 seconds for each Hero hit.
0.25s AoE stun and 2.25s slow, now in giant area, and more often!
basically 0 counterplay engage, lets go

Debilitation is a niche talent into supports / burst mages that you cannot cocoon (at least not all of them at the same time), e.g. diving a KTZ means he cannot 100-0 someone within a second before he dies, or hitting a rehgar befor ancestral hits
Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities.
you rely on your W for survivability and your other 2 abilities are AoE stuns, refreshing cooldowns on this kit is insanely powerful
Rewind combo should be E Q Q E, as the Q stun is way longer (1s vs 0.25s) and doesnt require repositioning
if you are playing a comp that needs to confirm one kill with your dive but you are under heavy kill threat from the oponent, Hardened Shield is a good way of fixes that, also good into pick comps where you need to draw attention and tank a lot of damage for your allies to live (garrosh, stitches,..)
