Make them BLEED

Hey everyone, I wanted to quickly make a short build for the new hero for everyone to try out and have fun with. This build focuses on stacking your bleeds on as many targets as possible. To become a god on this hero you need to be able to land your skill shots and spreading your bleeds on as many heroes as possible without putting yourself in a bad position due to her being able to get bursted down if focused.
Fatal Wounds
While at maximum stacks, Blood Rage’s bleed deals 30% more damage to enemy Heroes below 50% Health. Quest: Damage Heroes with Blood Rage’s bleed. Reward: After 200 instances of damage, increase Blood Rage’s duration by 2 seconds.
You can stack this talent either in the solo lane or with the 4 man
Damaging at least 2 Heroes with Blood Rage causes Qhira to Evade the next 4 Basic Attacks within 12 seconds.
being able to get 4 evade stacks is huge as long as you can hit two targets with your q to stack the bleeds.
If Blood Rage damages an enemy Hero below 50% Health, it Heals for an additional 190 Health.
Just really good healing when the targets are low.
Final Strike
After 1 second, strike your sword in a line to deal 395 damage to all enemies in its path. This damage is increased by 25% to any enemy below 50% Health.
I enjoy Final Strike because the cooldown is low and the cast range is pretty far. I would only take unrelenting strikes if I have an uther dshield to make sure I don't get interrupted.
Pulsing Pain
Each additional enemy Hero hit by Revolving Sweep causes the primary target to take an additional 115 damage.
Once you get this talent you can stall activating the cast again to pull yourself in and let this rotate around and hit as many heroes as you can for more damage.
Swing Life Away
Revolving Sweep's cooldown recharges 250% faster while Qhira is swinging around her target. She also gains 50 Spell ARmor for 2.5 seconds after the re-activation impact.
landing your E will reward you with more cool down reduction and after it expires will grant you some nice magic armor to tank any spells coming towards you.
Unleashed Potential
Increase the damage to enemy Heroes under 50% Health from 25% to 50%. If an enemy Hero dies within 1.5 seconds of being hit by Final Strike, then reset the cooldowns of Final Strike and all of Qhira's Basic Abilities.
This ult upgrade is insane for the burst damage and if you get a reset then that team fight is GG.
